Cozy At Home: My Winter Bucket List and Cozy Dinner Ideas

in Lifestyle on 11/15/21

Hey guys! It’s time to get Cozy at Home with me:) This will be a new series for the Winter season where I post about meal ideas, holiday baking, the fun things we do this Christmas, books I’m reading or want to read and anything else that fits under that cozy description. It’s that time of year where I’m usually curled up with a soft blanket and a good book while I sip a yummy drink (when the kids are asleep haha), so I thought it would be fun to hang out here together while you do the same. I have been on Pinterest a lot lately for cozy dinner recipe inspiration because I get bored with the same ‘ole recipes. I’ll share some of my favorite finds along with our Winter Bucket List in today’s post!

Cozy Dinner Ideas

My Pinterest boards have been filling up with these delicious looking meals and I have been so excited to add some to our weekly dinners. Each Saturday I browse Pinterest for inspiration and I plan the dinner menu for the week, then on Sundays I grocery shop! These are very comforting meals and most have butternut squash in them because I’ve been on a kick lately, but nonetheless, they hit the spot for sure! Oh, and I just love anything Half Baked Harvest makes if you couldn’t tell haha.

ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH APPLE BURRATA PIZZA
Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter and Pecans
ROASEMARY ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH PIZZA
SHEET PAN STICKY SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN
SIMPLE BAKED CHEESY ITALIAN CHICKEN MEATBALLS
BRIE AND CHEDDAR APPLE BEER SOUP

I hope this post brought you some happiness like it did for me! I love making lists and learning new recipes even though I don’t normally love to cook haha. I love making yummy comfort food though and I’m excited to try some of these ones soon! Keep an eye out for my next post which will include my reading list! Until next time:)

To complete this list, you would have to start in August. Love your blogs. Love your style.
